Tell them which Craig's location will be doing the work. If they have current vendor relationships that do not include Craig's, they may try to sell you on another vendor. If this happens, just tell them:

a) Craig's works with all insurance companies either on a direct basis or will work with their field staff in assessing damage, proceeding with all repair work quickly and efficiently.

b) Craig's offers a lifetime warranty at all locations in DFW and in Austin at their B&B locations.

c) Craig's uses premium grade DuPont paint products, these products are certified for factory warranty on your vehicle. You will also receive a lifetime warranty from DuPont under their "Assurance of Quality" national warranty program.
