Main Responsibilities can include:
Totally responsible for multiple aspects and functions of a collision repair organization.
Oversee Document and report CSI performance including concerns and trends for the organization.
Monitor any and all warranty actions, including trends.
Oversee and schedule all routine facilities’ maintenance.
Schedule special maintenance projects with the Regional Administrative Coordinator.
Responsible for company and safety policy compliance.
Identify employee performance deficiencies and coordinate appropriate intervention (coaching, counseling, training, and/or discipline with Operations Management).
Schedule appropriate training for employees.
Recommend future equipment purchases and needs.
Communicate and implement new or revised company policy, systems, or SOPs.
Maintain and monitor work in process numbers to goal.
Monitor incoming work, cars, and dollars scheduled.
Oversee overall repair and service quality.
Make sure locations maintain Company-approved closing ratios.
Monitor all expenditures compared to budget and have input in the development of such.
Work with locations base of suppliers and maintain positive working relationships.
Review and send weekly production reports to the corporate office.
Monitor and make sure employees are using all appropriate safety equipment and programs locations.
Be involved in community and industry affairs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Must be flexible and willing to travel and/or relocate.
Must have 5 years related experience in the collision repair industry.
Must have successful prior management experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Self-starter; team player.
Able to perform a variety of tasks at once.
Able to work accurately and rapidly with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills
Possess thorough knowledge of all accounting principals, reports and procedures.
Able to delegate tasks and ensure follow through.
Thorough knowledge of insurance company processing procedures.
Thorough knowledge of auto body, painting and mechanical repairs.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
