your employee's at the Craig's location in Bedford that have
done such an outstanding job, this makes the second letter I
have written about them. I recently had my 2nd car repaired
there and Tony Carraba and Matt Leighton were more then pleasant
to work with. Tony made sure that everything was being taken
care of with the insurance company and never seemed to get
annoyed with me calling so much with questions. He always called
me back if I had to leave a message and was always so nice. Matt
had my car ready before I expected. It was clean and looked so
great! He pulled my car around for me and made sure I was happy
with the work and took the time to explain to me everything they
did.
